What a customer sees of their wallet, reward points, referral link and gift cards in your app, and where each is switched on.
These four features have no app-only settings. Each is switched on for your shop as a whole, and the app then shows the customer their own balance, points, link or cards.

The balance is the customer's wallet at your shop only. Money gets there when you add it, when you refund an order to the wallet, when points are converted, or as a referral reward. See Refund an order to the wallet.

The app shows the points the customer has not converted yet. Converting turns all of them into wallet money in one go.
The ratio, the minimum and that sentence have no field in your panel. Ask support to set them.
The app gives each signed-in customer a personal link to share, with their total referral earnings and the list of people they referred. While Enable Referral is off, the app receives nothing to show.
Where the link lands when a friend opens it is set by the platform. If customers report that the link does not open your app or website, contact support. The reward amounts and rules are in Referral Settings.
A signed-in customer can type a gift card code to see its balance, and can list the gift cards that belong to them at your shop. Balance checks are rate-limited, so repeated wrong codes are refused for a while.
