How plans, limits, add-ons and payments fit together, and where to find each task.
Your plan decides how much your shop can hold and which features it includes. You manage it on one page, Plan & billing.
| Part | What it is |
|---|---|
| Plan | Starter, Growth or Scale, paid monthly or annually. Enterprise is arranged with the team |
| Limits | Counts your plan allows: products, delivery zones, locations, staff accounts and POS registers |
| Add-ons | Paid extras added to a plan, such as a POS register or the WhatsApp store |
| Transactions | Your invoices and payments |
Prices are not listed in this help centre. The Plan & billing page shows them in your account's currency.

| Shop Manager | Sees the page but has no buttons. A notice names the owner |

A Shop Manager finds Plan & billing as its own item in the top navigation bar.

New shops may need a plan before store setup opens. See Shop approval and plans.
Some shops are not linked to billing. For them the page shows one card: Billing isn't set up for this shop yet, with "Your shop keeps working exactly as it does today."
