The order handling and attachment fields on the Order Settings tab, what each does and its default.
Shop › Settings › Order Settings controls how orders are accepted, changed and cancelled, and three optional features: attachments, guest checkout and gift orders. Change a field and save the settings page. The tab is hidden on the Lite package.

| Enable Order Modification before Delivery | Lets you change an order after it is accepted, up to delivery. Off: only new orders can be changed. See Modify an order | Off |
| Enable Delivery Guy Order Modification | Lets the delivery guy change an order he has picked up, in the delivery app. Shown only when your shop delivers with its own delivery guys | Off |
| Enable Auto Order Accept? | New orders are accepted automatically, without anyone selecting Accept Order | Off |
| Enable Order Substitution | Customers choose at checkout what to do about unavailable items, and you can set substitutes per order line. See Substitutes | Off |
| Enable Order Comment | Gives customers a box at checkout for preferences or requirements. It shows as Customer comment on the order | On |
| Order Cancel Before | The last status before which an order can be cancelled: Preparing Order, Delivery Guy Assigned, Order Picked Up or Delivered. See Cancel an order | Preparing Order |
