You open a store in a few parts: create your account, choose how to start, answer seven short setup steps, then finish the launch checklist and go live. You can stop at any point and come back; your progress is saved.
| Part | What you do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Create your account | Enter your name, e-mail, mobile, password, shop name and country | Create your account |
| 2. Get approved, pick a plan | Depending on your platform: at once, after a document review, or after you choose a plan or start a free trial | Shop approval and plans |
| 3. Choose how to start | Look around a demo store first, or go straight to setting up your own | Choose how to start |
| 4. Store setup | Seven steps: where you sell, what you sell, deliveries, getting paid, your store, first products, launch | How store setup works |
| 5. Launch checklist | Finish the required rows, such as one product and a published design | Launch checklist |
| 6. Go live | Open the store to customers | Design your website and go live |
Later, switch on more of the panel from Turn features on. If something does not work, see Troubleshooting.
A new shop can load a demo store with sample products, customers and orders, then remove it. See Try the demo store and Remove the demo data.
The dashboard keeps a setup card, and the top bar a Setup chip, until the work is done.
The Setup chip shows how many steps are done and opens the next one.
