The dashboard opens when you sign in, and when you select the logo or Dashboard in the top bar. It shows what needs attention now.

Orders tiles

1. The Orders card counts orders placed today and the 6 days before, by your shop's clock. Each order is counted under its current status. Gift-card sales are not counted.

Preparing Orders(Accepted)	Accepted orders being prepared
Delivery Guy Assigned	Orders a delivery guy has taken
Order Picked Up	Orders on their way. The name follows how your shop delivers
Delivered Orders	Delivered or collected orders
Canceled Orders	Cancelled orders
Ready to Pickup	Self-pickup orders waiting for the customer
Incomplete Orders	Unfinished checkouts and drafts. See Incomplete orders
Processing by Picker	Orders a picker is working on. Only with the picker feature

Tiles for statuses your shop does not use are hidden. Select a tile to open the orders list filtered to that status. The counts refresh on their own while the page is open.

The Express Delivery tile

An Express Delivery tile joins the row only while express delivery is switched on and your shop delivers locally with its own delivery guys. It shows ON and a Turn off button, which asks you to confirm. Once express delivery is off the tile is gone. Switch it on again with the express switch in the top bar, or with Enable Express Delivery under Shop › Settings › Delivery Settings.

New orders and Preparing orders

2. New orders lists new orders placed or changed in the last 48 hours. Badges show New customer, Self pickup, Express and Modified. Select View to open the order. The speaker button stops the alert sound, and Sound On / Sound Off switches the sound for this browser. See New-order alerts.

3. Preparing orders lists accepted orders. A self-pickup order shows Mark as ready, then Mark as completed. Other orders show Open. View all opens the full list.

Now at this location

On a shop with more than one location, choose one location in the top bar to see a row of tiles headed Now at this location. Staff assigned to some locations see a row for each of theirs. With All locations chosen, the row is hidden.

Sales today	Value of Delivered orders
Late	Delivery slot ended, not delivered
Waiting to be picked	Orders not yet picked
Waiting to go out	Orders ready but not out
Low stock	Products at or below their alert. Shown only when the location tracks stock
Transfer requests	Open transfers coming in or going out

Other things you may see

• Before your shop is approved, the dashboard shows the approval status instead.
• While setup is unfinished, a setup card sits at the top. See How store setup works.
• Approved shops on the Lite package see a reduced dashboard without order tiles.
