Confirm a purchase, choose a payment method, pay by bank transfer, and finish or cancel a payment you started.
Every purchase on Plan & billing goes through one dialog: a new plan, an upgrade, an add-on, a higher quantity or an open invoice. Only the shop owner can pay.
For an upgrade it lists the new price, "Credit for unused time on" your plan and Pay today (estimate). The invoice shows the exact amount, with VAT where it applies.
If you see "No payment method is set up for your account yet. Please contact support to pay.", contact support.
For a card or Razorpay payment you leave the panel for the payment provider's page. For a bank transfer the dialog shows the bank account and a reference instead.
After paying you return to a Payment page that reads "Checking your payment… this usually takes a few seconds." It then shows the result. Select Back to Plan & billing.

If you leave the provider's page without paying, you land back on Plan & billing with "Checkout cancelled — nothing was charged."
Choose Bank transfer and select Continue to payment. The dialog shows the account details and a Reference. Make the transfer from your bank, quote the reference, then select Done. No money moves in the panel.
The plan or add-on switches on once the transfer is confirmed. The dialog states that an unpaid transfer is cancelled after 24 hours.
While a payment is open, a notice sits at the top: "Payment pending:" with what you were buying and the amount before tax.
