See who changed an order or a setting, from which app, and the values before and after.
The activity log is your shop's record of changes. Use it to find out who cancelled an order, who changed a delivery charge, or which app a change came from. Records cannot be edited or deleted from the panel.
The owner opens it from Shop › Activity log. A Shop Manager has Activity log in the top navigation bar. No other role has it in its menu.
Values of secret settings, such as keys and passwords, are never stored. The record only says that the setting changed.
The line under the title says how long records are kept: "Kept for … days." Older records are removed automatically.
Choose the period first: Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, This month, Last month or your own dates. The page opens on 7 days. Then narrow it down:
Select Filter after typing in the search box. Clear filters keeps the period and removes the rest.
Records are grouped by day, newest first, in your shop's time zone. Each one shows a summary, the order number or settings link, the person and their role, the app and the time.
The page shows 50 records at a time. Load older at the bottom fetches the next 50.
Time, Event, Summary, Order / settings, By, Role, From app, IP, Device and Changes.A manager who is assigned to certain locations sees the order records of those locations only. Settings and other shop-wide records are shown to them in full. See Staff and riders per location.
