Where to find itDeliveryShipping zones & rates
Before you start
Courier shipping must be on for your shop. Depending on your shop, you turn it on under Shop › Features or support does.
Needs
Turn it on in Shop › Features (ask support if you do not see it)
Who can use this
Shop owner, Shop Manager
Shipping lets you send orders by courier to countries, states or postcodes you choose, at prices you set. It adds shipping zones and rates, courier accounts, shipments on orders, and product weights.
Who turns it on
Shipping is already on if you answered Ship by courier or Both in store setup. Otherwise open Shop › Features and find Courier shipping. If the card has a Turn on button, select it. If it reads Contact support to change this, the platform manages this switch for your shop: ask support. A card with no button is already on with your plan. Only the shop owner can change features.
What checkout charges
Checkout charges the rates you set in your shipping zones. It does not ask a courier for a live price. A courier's live rates appear only when you book a shipment or a return pickup; they show what the courier charges you, and never change what the customer paid.
Where the screens are
Shop Managers get a separate Shipping menu. They can view zones and use the calculator, but cannot change them or open Couriers.
The setup checklist
The Shipping setup card sits at the top of the zones and couriers pages until every step is done. You cannot dismiss it.
