Find any product with search, status chips and sorting, and reach every product tool from one screen.
Catalogue › Products lists every product as a card. The list loads more products as you scroll.
| Chip | Shows |
|---|---|
| Active | Products customers can see. This is the default view |
| Disabled | Products you have hidden |
| Out of stock | Products marked or counted as out of stock. Offered when stock tracking is on, or when a product is marked out of stock by hand |
| Low stock | Products at or below their alert quantity. With several locations, a second row of chips narrows it to one location |
| On offer | Products with the offer switch on |
| No photo | Products without a main image |
| No category | Products in no category |
| New arrivals | Products marked as new |
| Deleted | Deleted products, which you can restore |
| All | Everything, deleted products included |
Reset appears once you search, filter or sort, and clears all three.
The name and photo open the product. Badges show Demo on samples created by the demo store, Disabled, Out of stock, Offer, Variable with the number of variants, and Addons. Below are the price, the category and sub-categories, the stock quantity when stock tracking is on, and the external ID.
Each card has edit, disable or enable, and Delete. See Hide, delete or restore products.
