The list of your automatic and code-based offers, with status, use, budget and results.
A discount rule is an offer the shop applies by itself, by one code, or by many single-use codes. The list is sorted by priority, highest first.
Rules reach customers only while your shop uses the discount engine. A yellow banner tells you when it does not:
| Banner | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Your shop uses classic coupons: discount rules have no effect until you switch to the discount engine." | Rules are saved but never applied |
| "Your shop runs the discount engine as a test (shadow): customers do not get discount rules yet." | A test run is comparing results in the background |
| "The full offer engine is not included in your plan: your discount rules are paused…" | Upgrade under See plans. Coupons keep working |
The shop owner changes this under Discount settings. See Discount engine modes.
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Name | The rule, then Combinable or Exclusive and its priority. A rule limited to some locations lists them |
| Type | The offer type, for example Buy X get Y |
| Status | Draft, Active, Paused or Archived. Only Active rules apply |
| Code | The code, Automatic when there is none, or the number of bulk codes and how many are redeemed |
| Performance | Orders, revenue and discount given. Select the order count for the full figures |
| Uses | Uses so far / the total limit (∞ when none) |
| Budget | Discount given so far / the budget |
| Window | Start and end, in your shop's time zone. "…" means open-ended |
A rule also stops being offered once its Uses or Budget is used up, even though its status stays Active.
