Enable only the products on a list, add missing barcodes, find barcodes you do not stock, and remove duplicates.
Four tools in the Actions menu of the products list keep a barcode-based catalogue tidy. All except Missing barcodes change your products, so read the warnings.
Update by barcode › Enable products. Makes only the products on your list available. Useful when your stock list changes every day.

Select Enable listed products and confirm.
Update by barcode › Barcodes, titled Add barcodes to products. Fills in barcodes matched by product name. Applied straight away; rows without a name or a barcode are skipped.

Every product with that exact name gets the barcode. Select Update barcodes.
Tools › Missing barcodes, titled Find missing products. Upload a list of barcodes, for example from your supplier, and download the ones that are not in your shop yet. Nothing in your shop changes.

Select Check and download. A file named missing-barcodes.csv downloads straight away.
Tools › Remove duplicate products. Products with the same barcode count as duplicates; one of each is kept and the others are deleted. Products without a barcode are never removed. No file is needed.

Select Remove duplicates and confirm. It runs in the background and is listed under Past runs. Deleted products also leave the WhatsApp catalogue. Export products first opens the export if you want a copy.
