Depending on your platform, your shop opens at once, after a document review, or after you choose a plan or start a free trial.
After you select Create my shop, one of the flows below starts. The sign-up form tells you which in advance.
The sign-up form shows the steps Create account → Set up your store → Start selling, and says "Next, a short setup gets your store ready for its first order."
Your shop is approved and active at once. Store setup opens, or first the page How do you want to start? while a demo store is on offer.
A shop created this way starts with local delivery off. Driver and express delivery screens stay hidden until you choose local delivery in Step 3 or in the Delivery settings.
If the sign-up form shows the steps Create account → Shop documents → Review → Start selling, the platform team checks new shops before they open.
On the dashboard, select Add documents. The checklist shows what is needed:

When the card says "Ready to submit", select Submit for review. The dashboard then shows "Your shop is under review".
Once approved, the page turns into your dashboard. You can still use Update documents or Withdraw application while you wait.
On platforms with paid plans, open Plan & billing from the account menu in the top bar.
If no trial card is shown, no trial is on offer for your account; choose a plan instead.
