How a picker marks products picked by hand or by barcode, undoes a pick, and reports a product as out of stock.
After taking an order, the picker walks the shop and checks off each product. Items can be marked only by the picker who holds the order, and only while it is in Picked by Picker.
The picker opens an order from their picked orders. Every product shows its ordered quantity and how much is picked so far.
Marking a product as picked picks its full ordered quantity in one go.
The app looks the scanned code up in the Barcode of your products. What one scan does depends on Barcode Scanner Pick All Items in Picker Settings:

A code with leading zeros is also matched without them.
The picker can also mark all remaining products of the order as picked in one action.
When every product is picked, the order is ready to be sent on. See Hand an order over.
Marking a product as unpicked sets its picked quantity back to zero, on every line of that product. It works only while the order is still in Picked by Picker.
When the shelf is empty, the picker marks the product as out of stock.
The order line itself is not removed and is not counted as picked. To finish the order, the picker removes or replaces the line. See Change an order while picking. Put the product back in stock from the product's own page when it arrives.
A gift-card sale cannot be changed this way; cancel it instead.
Two switches in Picker Settings add the pack size to each product name in the app: Show Unit Value With Name adds the unit value and unit, and Show Unit Label With Name adds the unit label.
