Every optional setting on a shipping rate — when it applies, free shipping, cash on delivery, delivery days, courier and position.
These options are the same for all four rate types. All are optional. For the price itself, see Shipping rates.
Leave these blank to offer the rate for every cart. Limits include the value itself.

The free amount is for this rate only. Your shop-wide free delivery threshold in Shop › Settings › Delivery Settings still applies on top. See general delivery settings.

This is your own estimate. It is not read from a courier.

If a customer pays cash on delivery without choosing a rate, checkout uses the cheapest rate that allows it. If no applicable rate allows it, the customer sees "Cash on delivery isn't available for this order".
