Enter the special price of each product on a price list, and choose which customers get it.
Each vendor type has two working pages: one for product prices and one for customers.
On Catalogue › Vendor Types, select Manage Products on the vendor type's row.
Search by name or description.
Choose a category, or leave All Categories.
Tick Show only products with vendor pricing to see just the products already on the list. Select Search; Clear resets the filters.
For each product, the table shows the Default Price for comparison.
| Column | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Vendor Price | What customers on this list pay |
| Vendor Old Price | An optional crossed-out price for these customers |
| Active | Untick to pause this one price without removing it |
Rows with a blue background already have a vendor price. To take a product off the list, use the remove button in its Actions column and confirm.
Select Manage Customers on the vendor type's row.
Select Assign Customers, search for customers in the Customers box and pick one or more.
Select Assign Selected Customers.
The table lists each assigned customer's Name, Email, Phone, Address and Joined date. Remove takes a customer off the list after a confirmation; they then pay your normal prices.
