Before you start
Courier shipping must be on for your shop (turn on Courier shipping under Shop › Features, or ask support if that page says to contact support). Labels and manifests come from the courier, so they depend on the courier you booked with. Managers open the list under Shipping › Shipments.
Needs
Turn it on in Shop › Features (ask support if you do not see it)

Print one label
Open the order and find the parcel on its Shipping card. Select Label. The button shows once the parcel has an AWB, and disappears when the shipment is cancelled.
On Delivery › Shipments, a printer icon at the end of a row opens the same label once the panel has it.
Print several labels
Select the parcels
Go to Delivery › Shipments and tick the parcels (6), up to 50 at a time.
Open the labels page
Select Print labels. A new tab opens with the title Labels and the number of labels found.
Open the labels
Each row has its own Label link. Open all opens every label in its own tab, so allow pop-ups for the panel in your browser.
Couriers give one PDF per parcel, so each opens on its own. Parcels without a label are listed in red as No label: with the reason, for example that the courier has no label API. Back to shipments returns to the list.
Create a pickup manifest
A manifest lists the parcels the courier's driver collects. Only Shiprocket provides one, and it creates one itself when you book with Schedule the courier pickup and the pickup is scheduled.
Select the parcels
On Delivery › Shipments, tick the parcels going out, up to 50.
Generate
Select Generate / print manifest. A new tab opens with the title Manifests. You get one manifest per courier account, each with its parcel count, its AWBs and a Manifest link to the PDF.
Parcels left out are listed as Not in a manifest: with the reason:

After a manifest is created, each of its parcels shows a Manifest chip on the order's Shipping card that reopens the PDF.
Troubleshooting
If a label does not open, you are returned to the page you came from with the courier's message. The common ones are explained in Troubleshooting.
