Print the receipt from the browser, e-mail a link to it, or share the link on WhatsApp.
After a sale, the Sale completed window shows the Change, the Receipt number and three buttons. They are offered only in this window, so hand over the receipt before you select New sale.

Print receipt opens a narrow receipt page, sized for an 80 mm roll, and the browser's print window opens by itself. Choose your receipt printer there. The page also has a Print button to print again.
The receipt shows your shop's header lines, the Receipt number, the Date, each item with quantity and price, the totals, how the sale was paid with the card reference, and the change. A shop that issues ZATCA invoices also gets the invoice QR code.
The customer needs the receipt number for a return. See Take a return at the till.
The e-mail has the subject "Your receipt … from …" and a link to the invoice of the sale. The link works for 90 days. It is sent from your shop's own sender, through your shop's e-mail settings.
Share on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp in a new tab with the message "Your receipt from …: :link" ready to send.
The message is sent from the WhatsApp account on your device, when you press send there. The platform sends nothing itself.
Shop › Settings › Thermal Printer Settings holds the printer connection and the layout of the thermal invoice for orders. The till receipt does not use those settings: it always prints through the browser. See Thermal Printer Settings and Invoices and printing.
