Give each location its own cash on delivery rule, or switch cash on delivery off at one location.
A shop with several locations can set cash on delivery rules per location. The rule used is that of the location that fulfils the order: the store that delivers to the address, or the pickup store.
The card Cash on delivery by location appears on Customers › COD & risk only when your shop has more than one location. It is available on every plan.
Go to Customers › COD & risk and scroll to Cash on delivery by location. There is one row per location.
| Column | Effect |
|---|---|
| No cash on delivery | Tick Off at this location to refuse pay on delivery for orders from this location |
| Cash on delivery up to | This location's own maximum order amount |
| Ask for a code above | This location's own amount for the confirmation code |
Leave an amount empty to use the shop's setting. The empty box shows "Shop's setting".
Select Save under the table.
The page says: "These rules apply while the controls above are on." If Use these controls is not ticked, the location rules are saved but not used. See COD & risk.
