Review the differences of a finished count, then correct the stock in one go, send it back for recounting, or drop it.
After Finish counting, a count has the status Waiting for approval. Nothing in your stock has changed yet.
Open the count from the Stocktakes list. The table now shows:

| Value | The difference in money, for people who may see costs. No cost price where the product has none |
The Differences filter lists only the products that do not match.
A product is never lowered below the units held for orders that are waiting for payment. When that limits a correction, a note says how many products were not lowered all the way, and a Limited by held units filter lists them.

When you may not approve, the count shows "This count waits for approval by the owner or by staff of every location." The owner sets this in Stock control settings.

| This location is no longer active. Turn it back on to approve the count. | Activate the location, or cancel the count |
| Only a submitted count can go back to counting. | The count is not waiting for approval |
| Stock tracking is off for your shop. Turn it on in Settings to do this. | Approving and reopening are refused while stock tracking is off. Cancelling still works |
