Step 5: Your store

This step creates your online store and reserves its free web address. It can be skipped and finished later.

1. Name and brand

   1. Store name. You can also add a WhatsApp number; it is shown on the store so customers can message you.
   2. Logo. Optional. PNG or JPG, up to 4 MB.
   3. Brand colour. Optional. Used for the website's buttons.

2. Reserve your web address

   4. Web address. 3 to 63 letters, digits and hyphens. The check beside it answers as you type: "Available.", or that the address is already taken, with a suggestion to try.

   This is your free address. You can connect your own domain later.

3. Pick a theme and layout

   5. Theme. The one tagged Suggested matches your store type. View demo opens a live example.
   6. Starting layout. A layout fills your pages with the theme's sample photos and sections, ready to replace with your own. Theme default starts from plain pages.

4. Continue

   7. Select Continue, or Skip for now.

Troubleshooting

"We could not read this image. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP logo." The logo file is damaged or in a format the panel cannot read. Save it again as JPG or PNG and upload it.

"That address cannot be used. Use 3–63 letters, digits and hyphens." Remove spaces and other characters from the web address.

The step says the platform enables the online store for you. Your address is reserved now; the website opens once the platform switches the online store on.
