How the row-by-row reports work - date range, status filter, location filter, pages and the CSV button.
The reports under Detailed reports are tables you filter and download. They all work the same way.
Select Reports, then an item under Detailed reports.
The grey line under the title says exactly what the report counts.
A shop with several locations also has Fulfilment location. Staff assigned to specific locations see My locations and only their own.
Order Source is on the Order Report only.

Daily orders is a calendar, not a table. It has no filters apart from the month and the location, and no download.
The status options are Order Placed, Preparing Order and Delivered. Delivery Guy Assigned and Order Picked Up are offered when your shop delivers or ships, or has orders in that status.
The Order, Order Items and Tally reports open with Order Placed and Preparing Order selected, and the Products Report with Order Placed only. That suits packing, not accounting. For sales figures, select Delivered only.
The filter has no cancelled option, so these reports do not list cancelled orders. Find them in the orders list, and their count and value in Sales insights.
Orders are picked by the time they were placed, on your shop's clock. Only the Delivery Collections Report goes by delivery time.
