What a picker does with an order, the statuses it passes through, and what must be on before you can use the Picker app.
A picker is a team member who collects the products of an order, checks them off and hands the order on. Pickers work in the Picker app on a phone. The same queue is also on the web panel.
Once the feature is on, you get two things in the panel: the Picker Settings tab under Shop › Settings, and Shop › Manage Cancel Reasons.

Sending a fully picked order on is the same as accepting it in the panel:
Whether the picker sends the order on by hand, or it happens after the last item, depends on Enable Send To Delivery. See Hand an order over.
