The Pages list holds your shop's information pages, such as terms, contact and FAQ, and offers templates to start from.
Pages are the text pages of your shop: terms, about, contact, privacy and anything else you want customers to read. Open the Shop menu and select Pages.
The card at the top offers three optional pages, ready to edit and filled with your shop details:
| Button | Page it creates |
|---|---|
| Privacy policy | A privacy policy |
| Delivery & returns | Your delivery and returns terms |
| FAQ | Frequently asked questions |
Selecting a button adds the page to your list and opens its editor with the template loaded. A badge on the button shows where the page stands:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| None | You have not opened this template yet |
| Not written yet | The page exists but still holds its placeholder text, so it is not on your website |
| Published | The page has content and is on your website |
A page is on your website as soon as you save it. See Legal page templates.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| # | The row number |
| Name | The page name customers see |
| Slug | The short name used in the page's web address |
| Actions | An edit button, and a delete button on pages you may delete |
The list shows 15 pages at a time. The number beside the Pages title is how many pages you have.
Four pages are created for you the first time you open this screen. They cannot be deleted and their slug cannot be changed:
| Name | Slug |
|---|---|
| Terms & Conditions | tc |
| About | about |
| Contact | contact |
| Referral program | referral |
Each starts with one line of placeholder text, such as "About page contents here". A page that still holds only its placeholder, or is empty, is not shown on your website. Write its content and save to publish it.
Terms & Conditions and Contact also have a template, which you load from their editor.
Select the delete button on the row and confirm "Are you sure you want to delete this page?". The page is removed from your shop for good.
Pages you created yourself and the three template pages can be deleted. A deleted template page can be started again from its button.
