Set alert quantities, find products that are running low, and get a daily digest.
A product is low on stock when its tracked quantity is at or below its alert quantity. You set the alert quantity yourself, product by product.

A product without an alert quantity is never reported as low.
Go to Catalogue › Products.
Each location card on Locations & stock also shows a Low stock figure, in orange when it is above zero.
Under Shop › Settings, in the general settings, find Low Stock Digest. It is shown while Enable Stock is on.
Pick one of three choices:

| Daily, only items newly low | Only products that became low since the previous day |
Set Low Stock Digest Time, in your shop's own time. The default is 08:00.
It arrives in the panel's notification inbox and as a push notification, like new-order alerts. It is not sent by e-mail.

A tracked product that reaches zero shows an Out of stock badge and appears under the Out of stock chip. With Disable Out Of Stock Products? on in your general settings, sold-out products are hidden from store listings.
Customers who want a sold-out product can ask to be told when it returns, if you use back-in-stock notifications under Marketing Tools.
