The Transactions card at the bottom of Plan & billing holds two lists: Invoices and Payments. These are the platform's invoices for your plan and add-ons, not the invoices you give your customers.

In the last column:
View opens the invoice in a new tab. Cancelled invoices have no View button.
Pay now shows on an invoice you can pay. Only the shop owner sees it.
When there is more than one page, use Newer and Older under the list. An empty list reads "No invoices yet."
Pay an open invoice
Select Pay now beside the invoice. The same button, with the amount, can show on the Your plan card while an invoice is open.
The Pay invoice dialog shows the invoice number and amount. If the amount is before VAT, it says "the payment page shows the total." Choose a method under Pay with and select Continue to payment. You pay on the provider's page or by bank transfer, not in the panel.
If a payment you started is still pending, finish or cancel it from the notice at the top of the page first.

When an invoice is overdue
If an invoice is not paid in time, Your plan shows Payment overdue and the date your access lasts until. Pay the open invoice before that date. Until you do, you cannot upgrade or buy add-ons.
If the lists do not load
The card shows the error with a Try again button, for example "We couldn't load your invoices just now. Please try again in a moment."
