The card Where orders come from draws a heatmap of the points customers pinned at checkout.
Delivery areas shows or hides your delivery zones. It is there only when you have delivery zones to show. Heat shows or hides the heatmap.
| Summary tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Orders on the map | Delivery orders that have a pinned location |
| Typical distance | The middle distance from your shop, in a straight line |
| Busiest area | The delivery zone or spot with the most orders |
| Without a location | Delivery orders with no pin, so not on the map |
| Outside your drawn areas | Orders pinned outside every delivery zone you have drawn. Shown only when you have drawn zones |
Below the map, Orders by distance from the shop and Average delivery time (minutes) by distance use six bands: under 1 km, 1–3, 3–5, 5–10, 10–20 and 20 km or more. They need your shop's location to be set.
The table Top hotspots has these columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Hotspot (about 500 m) | The delivery zone most of the spot's orders chose, or "Outside your delivery areas". The name opens the spot in Google Maps |
| Location | Coordinates of the spot |
| From shop | Straight-line distance |
| Orders, Cancelled | Orders received and the share cancelled |
| Sales | Total of delivered orders |
| Avg delivery | Average time from placed to delivered |
A very spread-out map draws only its 5,000 busiest spots. The tiles, distances and hotspots still count every order.

Orders are grouped by the delivery area chosen at checkout. If no order in the period has a delivery area, orders are grouped by the last part of the delivery address instead. Set up delivery zones for exact results.
| Summary tile | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Areas | Number of areas with orders |
| Delivery orders | Delivery orders received |
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Area | Area name, or "No area". When grouped by address: the last part of the address, or "No address" |
| Orders, Completed | Orders received and delivered |
| Customers | Different customers with an account |
| Sales | Total of delivered orders |
| Share of orders | The area's part of all delivery orders |
