Every entry of the Shop menu, when it appears and where it is documented.
Shop is the last menu in the top navigation bar. Only the owner has it, and only once the shop is approved. Before approval it is replaced by Shop documents; see Shop profile.

An entry shows only once its feature is on or in your plan. Start at Features, then Plan & billing. See Why menus and fields differ between shops and Locked features.
A Shop Manager has no Shop menu. Four of its entries sit directly in their top navigation bar. See What a Shop Manager sees.
