What makes each Catalogue, Delivery, sales and marketing menu appear, and who can turn it on.
Your panel shows an item only when the feature behind it is in use. Find the missing item below to see what it needs and who holds the switch. The Shop menu, reports and order options are on the second page.
| In the tables | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Owner | You switch it: Turn on on the card in Shop › Features (1, 2), or the Settings tab named |
| Owner or support | Shops billed through Plan & billing get Turn on on the card. On other shops the card reads "Contact support to change this" |
| Plan | Where plan limits are applied, the feature must be in your plan. The card shows a plan badge or Add-on instead of a button (3). See Locked features and limits |
| Support | No switch on your pages. Ask support |
Where plan limits are applied, Courier shipping, Returns & exchanges, Online store and Sales channels are on when the plan includes them. The card then has no button.
"Or records" below means the item also stays while your shop has data made with it.
