Let customers ask to be told when a sold-out product returns, choose the channels, and see which products are most wanted.
Customers ask for an alert on a sold-out product. When it can be bought again, the oldest requests are alerted first.
The menu link and the page need stock tracking, which the shop owner switches on. With it off, the page sends you back to the dashboard with "This feature is not switched on for your shop. You can turn it on in Settings." See Turn on stock tracking.
The What each channel needs card shows a tick or a cross.

Any other address is always confirmed, so nobody can sign someone else up. WhatsApp alerts go only to the verified number of a signed-in customer.
Select Save. The page answers "Back-in-stock settings saved."

Up to 50 products and variants, the most requested first.

With nothing waiting, the card reads "No customer is waiting for a product yet."
The shop owner and a Shop Manager save the settings. A Shop Marketing Manager sees the page read-only. The Back in stock link is in the shop owner's Marketing Tools menu and on the Shop Marketing Manager's top bar. A Shop Manager has no menu link.
