What you can do with the sample orders of a demo store, what is never sent, and how the panel marks demo mode.
A demo store fills your panel with sample products, customers and orders so you can try things before you have real ones. Everything created by the demo is marked DEMO.
All shop staff see the line and the pill. Only the owner and Shop Managers can remove the demo data; other staff see The shop owner can remove the demo data.
If loading fails you see The demo store did not finish loading. Remove the demo data and try again.
A demo order's page carries the note Demo order — actions work, but no message, invoice or payment is sent.
You can click it through like a real order: accept it, mark it ready, assign a delivery guy, mark it delivered, modify it or cancel it. The status changes on screen. That is all that happens.

In a bulk courier booking, demo orders are skipped and counted in the message.
An order you place yourself on the demo website is an ordinary order, handled like any other. Only the orders created with the demo carry the Demo badge. While demo data is present, the website's checkout offers only cash on delivery, and card on delivery if your shop offers it.
Select Remove demo data in the line above the page or in the Demo mode menu, and confirm in the dialog that opens. The samples are removed, and the line and the pill disappear when it finishes.
On a phone the pill is an icon that opens the remove dialog directly, for the owner and Shop Managers.
