Sell in your physical shop from a till in the panel, with registers, shifts, cash counts and receipts that share your stock and customers.
The point of sale is a till inside the shop panel. A cashier scans or searches products, takes payment and prints a receipt. Each sale is saved as a delivered, fully paid order, and its stock comes out of the location the register belongs to.
The point of sale is sold as the paid add-on POS register. Each one you hold raises the number of POS registers in your plan by one. With none, a standard plan includes 0 registers and the till stays closed.
Under Shop › Features, the Point of sale card has no switch. Without the add-on it shows an Add-on badge that opens Plan & billing. With it, the card reads On and has an Open link. A package without orders shows Not in your package.
Point of sale is one entry in the top menu. It appears once the add-on is in your plan, or while your shop has recorded shifts.
Without the add-on, the entry opens Shifts instead of the till, so past shifts and their reports stay readable. See Troubleshooting.
