What a team member with the Picker role sees on the web panel, and how they take an order.
A picker collects the items of an order and packs them. Pickers usually work in the Picker app. The same lists are also on the web panel, described here.
Pickers do not count towards the staff accounts of a plan.
After sign-in a picker lands on New Orders. The top navigation bar has three lists.

Each list has a Search by Order ID box and these columns: Order ID, Action, Price, Customer, Items, Order Date and Order Status. Badges mark Express Delivery, Modified and Self Pickup orders.
A picker assigned to certain locations sees the orders of those locations only. See Staff and riders per location.
Find the order in the list.
Select Pick Order in the Action column and confirm "Are you sure you want to pick this order?". The order moves to Picked Orders under your name, with the message "Order has been marked as picked."
Select View to open the order page. Mark each item picked there, by hand or by barcode. See Pick an order on the order page.
A fully picked order moves on to Confirmed Orders when it is accepted. While Enable Send To Delivery is on in Picker Settings (the default), that happens when the picker sends the order to delivery from the Picker app; until then it stays in Picked Orders. While it is off, the order is accepted by itself after the last item.
