Who can use this

Shop owner

Your shop panel can be used by more than one person. Each team member signs in with their own e-mail and password, and a role decides which menus they see. This section also covers the screens that record changes and the shop details kept under the Shop menu.

How access works

The owner is the account that created the shop. Only the owner sees the full Shop menu, including Managers and Settings.
Team members are added by the owner under Shop › Managers. Each one gets one or more of nine roles.
Four roles are limited to their own pages: Junior Product Manager, Delivery Guy Manager, Report Analyzer and Cashier. The other five each get a menu for their own area of work.
Delivery agents are not team members. You add them under the Delivery menu. See Delivery agents.

Who changed what

Activity log: order and settings changes, with the person, the app and the before and after values.

Permissions settings: who may change prices and add products when an order is modified.

Shop profile: logo, address, shop charge and minimum order.
Branch profile and theme settings
Cancel reasons: the reasons a picker chooses when cancelling an order.
