Help Center / Orders · How-to
Download your orders for a date range as a CSV file, with each order's items.
The export gives you one CSV file with every order placed between two dates, and the products in each order.
On Orders, select Export at the top of the page. The Export Orders page opens.
Under Statuses, tick the statuses you want. Tick none to export orders in every status. Select all and Clear tick or untick the whole row.
Under Payment methods, tick the ones you want, or none for all. The list holds your active payment methods and any method your past orders used.
The first line names your shop and the dates. Each order then takes a block of rows:
| Rows | Columns |
|---|---|
| Order | #SL, Order ID, Status, Address, Comment, Shop Charge, Total, Created At |
| Delivery | Delivery Charge, Delivery Type, Delivery Slot, Is Express Delivery |
| Order Items | #SL, Barcode, Name, Unit Label, Quantity, Single Unit value, Total Unit Value, Unit, Price |
The column names are in English whatever your panel language.
Address is included only for the owner and Shop Managers.Delivery Slot and Is Express Delivery appear when your shop schedules orders or offers express, or the order has them.Unit Label appears when Show Unit Label With Order Details is on in Order Settings.Created At is in your shop's time.A manager assigned to some locations exports only those locations' orders.
For sales totals rather than raw orders, use the Reports menu.
