This report counts the times a shopper gave a place you do not deliver to. The counts come from your website's location prompt, your app and checkout.

Who sees it

No other role can open it, including roles that have the Reports menu. See Who can see reports.
What is recorded
Each lookup is counted once per visitor, per place, per day, on a grid of about 1 km. No addresses or names are stored. A place shows as its postcode, area and country when the shopper gave them, otherwise as map coordinates.
Counting stops while recording is off. The page then says "Recording is switched off: new lookups are not counted. Switch it on under Settings below." See Delivery waitlist for the settings.
Read the report
Choose the date range: Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, This month, Last month, or your own dates of up to one year. Download CSV is beside it.
The tiles total the range.

Confirmed sign-ups still waiting now. Unconfirmed ones show as "not confirmed yet"
Demand map. Each circle is an area of about 1 km. Bigger circles had more lookups. Red circles were also refused at checkout. Select a circle to see its counts. A pin marks your shop.
Two tables:
Top places: the 100 most wanted places with Lookups, Checkout (refusals), Waiting and Last seen.
Postcodes and areas: the 50 most wanted named places with Lookups and Checkout.

The file lists up to 5,000 places for the range: Latitude, Longitude, Postcode, Area, Country, Unserved lookups, Checkout refusals, Waiting for delivery and Last seen.
