Switch the feature on so the Sales channels menu appears, and see what each state of the card means.
The Sales channels menu stays hidden until the feature is on for your shop. You switch it on from the Features page.
Open the Shop menu and select Features.
What you can do depends on your shop:

Open the Sales channels menu and pick a channel. Start with Connect Google Merchant Center or Connect Meta.
Each channel also needs a connection the platform sets up once with Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat. Where that is missing, the channel page says so, for example "Google Merchant Center is not set up on this platform yet, so it cannot be connected. Contact support." The connect button is then greyed out. Only support can fix that.
To stop one channel only, disconnect it instead: Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat.
