Create your account

One form creates both your login and your shop. If you started from the website's Start form, your store name, e-mail and phone are already filled in.

1. Enter your details

   Under About you, fill in:

   1. Your full name.
   2. Email. You log in with this address.
   3. Password, at least 6 characters. The eye icon shows what you typed.

   Also enter your Mobile number. The country code beside it starts on your own country when the form can detect it; pick another from the flag list if it is wrong.

2. Describe your shop

   Under Your shop:

   4. Shop name. This is what customers see. You can change it later.
   5. Country. It sets your currency, taxes and delivery defaults. It also starts on your detected country. You confirm it in the first setup step.
   6. What do you sell? Optional. Your choice presets delivery, starter categories, a suggested theme and the suggested demo store.

3. Agree and create

   7. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
   8. Select Create my shop.

   The button changes to "Creating your shop…" and stays disabled while your shop is made. If it is slow, it says "Still working — this can take up to a minute…". Wait; do not submit twice.

Other ways to sign up

• Continue with Google. If the button is shown, Google supplies your name and e-mail. You then log in with Google and have no password.
• Another language. Use the language links at the top of the form. Arabic turns the form, and the panel after it, right-to-left.
• A partner's link. A referral code in the link is recorded with your shop automatically. There is no field to fill.

Troubleshooting

"This email already has an account." The e-mail is already registered, for example as a customer of another shop. The password field becomes Your existing password. Enter that account's password to open a shop with the same login.

A box "Enter the code we emailed you" appears at the top of the form. The e-mail is already used with another product of the same company. Type the code from the e-mail, finish the form with a password for this shop, and submit. No code? Leave the box empty and submit to get a new one.

"You already have a QuickCommerce account with this email." Use the Log in link, or reset that account's password.

"This email is registered with another partner." Sign up with a different e-mail, or contact support.

"Your shop is already being created." Wait a minute, then log in with this e-mail.

"Taking too long?" Select Reload the page and try again.

The Google button is missing. Google sign-in is switched on by the platform. Sign up with e-mail and password instead.
