The orders list

Orders in the top bar lists your orders, newest first. Cancelled and incomplete orders are hidden until you filter for them.

The page title

1. The title shows Total and the number of orders in the current view. With a filter on, it shows the filter name instead.

Incomplete Orders appears beside it, with a count, when you have any. Clear Filters appears when a filter is on and removes them all.

2. The buttons at the top switch the view.

An order card

3. Each card shows one order.

• The tick box selects the order for bulk actions.
• The order number opens the order. A Demo badge beside it marks a sample order from the demo store. The customer's name opens all orders of that customer. Phone and address follow.
• Badges: Modified order, Express Delivery, Order Not Ready, New Customer, Another Order Placed, the fulfilment location, COD risk, your tags and the gift badge.
• Facts: Placed, Payment, Delivery type, Coupon, Source, Scheduled, Expected ready, Delivery by or Assigned to, Delivery location, Slot group and Shipment. A fact is shown only when the order has it. Delivery type appears for shops that offer self pickup, and Slot group for shops that schedule orders.
• KOT prints the kitchen ticket. View opens the order page.

Selecting a coupon name lists every order that used that coupon.

Empty views

Message	Meaning
No orders yet	Your shop has never had an order. The card offers to share your shop link or take an order yourself
Nothing matches these filters.	No order fits the filters. Select Show all orders
Cancelled and incomplete orders are hidden here; use the status filter to see them.	Every order is cancelled or incomplete

While the list is open

New orders do not push into the list. A green bar tells you how many arrived. See New-order alerts.

A warning about online payments may appear above the title. See Payments needing attention.
