The sections you find in Add section whichever theme you use, and the ones several themes share.
The first two groups below are the same in all five themes. The last group lists sections that several themes share. To add one, see Sections. Every section, on every catalogue page, also has visibility settings: see Section visibility.
"Any page" means every page, but not the Header or Footer areas. An alternate template allows what its base page allows. Where no limit is given, you can add the section as often as you like. Where no preset is named, the section has one preset with the section's own name.
Other catalogues: header and footer, main section of each page, Essence, Souq, Pronto, Halo, Bazar.

Halo does not have Testimonials. It has its own quotes section, Reviews, with stars and a verified-buyer mark: see Halo. Bazar has its own Related products, Product reviews and Recently viewed under the same names. Its Recently viewed is limited to the Product and Home pages: see Bazar.
