Credit the balance owed on an order to the customer's wallet in your shop.
Refund to wallet gives the customer store credit instead of sending money back to a card. The customer can spend it on a later order.
Open the order. The yellow box shows Balance to refund and the amount.
In the Customer card, the wallet chip shows the new balance. Select it to open the customer's wallet transactions, where the refund is listed with the order number.
The credit and the clearing happen together. If the credit fails, the balance stays owed and nothing is lost. Selecting the button twice credits the amount once.

| Only Refund is shown | The wallet is off for your shop |
| No yellow box | The order has nothing to refund |
| The order is an Incomplete Order | Drafts cannot be refunded to the wallet |
Tell the customer which one you did. The panel does not send a message for either.
