Who can use this
Shop owner
Use Other courier (manual AWB) for any courier that is not one of the four integrations. You book the parcel with the courier yourself, then enter its AWB (tracking number) on the order. The shipment is recorded and the customer gets a tracking link when one is known.
There is nothing to connect: no live rates, labels, pickup booking or tracking updates come from the courier. You mark the parcel delivered or returned yourself. Cancelling it in the panel changes your record only, so cancel with the courier too.
If the courier is not in the list of known couriers, find the address of its public tracking page first.
Add it
Open the form
Go to Delivery › Couriers, select Add courier and choose Other courier (manual AWB).
Name the account
Enter a Name. It is for you and shows in the order's Ship form.
Choose the courier
Under Courier, pick one:
Choice
Tracking link
Aramex, SMSA Express, DHL Express, FedEx, Blue Dart, Delhivery
Set for you. It opens the courier's tracking page for the AWB
India Post, DTDC

Other courier
You enter your own name and link
For Other courier, add the name and link
These two fields show only for Other courier.
Courier name shown to customers, for example the courier's trading name.
Tracking link: the courier's tracking page, with {awb} where the tracking number goes. It must start with http:// or https://. Leave it blank if the courier has no tracking page.
Save
Set the Default package, active and default options as described in Couriers, then select Add courier.
An active manual courier ticks the courier step of the setup checklist without a test.
Check the tracking link
On the saved account, select Test connection. Nothing is contacted. The answer shows what a tracking link looks like with a sample number, or ends "No tracking link is set."
Ship with it
On the order, choose this courier in the Ship form and type the AWB the courier gave you. An AWB is 3 to 60 letters, digits, "-" or "/". See Book a shipment.
You can add several manual couriers, one for each courier company you use.
Troubleshooting
"The tracking URL template must be an http(s) URL." Start the link with https:// and give the full address.
"The tracking URL template must contain {awb}." Put {awb} in the link where the number belongs.
"Enter the AWB / tracking number (3–60 letters, digits, "-" or "/")." Remove spaces and other characters from the AWB.
