Give a driver a login to the delivery app and set the terminal and areas they work with.
Each agent signs in to the delivery app with the e-mail and password you set here.
Go to Delivery › Delivery Guys and select Add agent.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Full name | |
| Phone | Customers and your team call them on this number |
| They sign in to the delivery app with this e-mail | |
| Password | At least 6 characters. Share it with them privately |
The Work section appears when one of these applies.
| Field | Shown when | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Card payment terminal | Enable Payment Terminal is on | The card machine this agent carries for card-on-delivery orders |
| Delivery areas | Enable Delivery Location Assign is on, for the shop owner | The delivery zones this agent covers |
Select Edit on the agent's row. Change any field and select Save changes. Leave Password empty to keep the current one; fill it in only to set a new password. A new password signs the agent out of the delivery app and the panel everywhere.
A disabled agent's form shows Disabled with "Enable them from the agents list to let them sign in."
The delivery app itself is an app on the agent's phone. Its screens are not part of the shop panel.
