Which SMS providers your shop can use, when you can set them up yourself, and what is sent by SMS.
Your shop sends SMS in one of two ways. Which one applies decides what you can change.

You cannot open the tab yourself. Two things must be true:
Once both are true, SMS Settings appears in Shop › Settings. Turning on Use my own SMS provider there adds a second tab, SMS Notification Settings.

No other SMS provider can be connected. See SMS provider details.

The name or number a customer sees as the sender comes from your provider account, not from the platform.
Each order SMS has an optional Arabic template, sent when the order is in Arabic.
