The eight sections only the Souq theme has, where each can go, and its blocks, presets and main settings.
Souq registers 35 sections. This page lists the eight that are Souq's own. The rest are on Header and footer sections, Main page sections and Shared sections.

"Max" is the most copies one page can hold. "Up to" is the most blocks one section can hold.

Hero banner and Promo tiles can show a slider you manage in your dashboard instead of blocks typed in the editor. Set Slides from or Tiles from to A slider from your dashboard, then choose it under Slider. Your blocks are kept, not deleted. See Links and pickers.
