Offer Tabby instalments to customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Tabby lets customers split an order into instalments. At checkout it reads "Tabby: Split in 4 payments. No interest, no fees."
Go to Shop › Settings › Payment Gateways and unfold Tabby (buy now, pay later).
| Field | Required | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| Environment | No | Sandbox (the option's full label also names the test-key prefix) or Live. Sandbox only accepts test keys; Live never does |
| Secret key | Yes | From the Tabby merchant dashboard. Write-only |
| Public key | No | For Tabby promo widgets in the apps. The server does not use it |
| Merchant code (UAE) | For a UAE shop | Your Tabby merchant code for AED |
| Merchant code (KSA) | For a Saudi shop | Your Tabby merchant code for SAR |
| Webhook secret | No | The header value you register with the webhook. Write-only |
| Capture when | No | Order picked up / shipped (recommended) or Order delivered |
| Minimum order amount | No | Blank means no minimum |
| Maximum order amount | No | Blank means no maximum |
The card shows the webhook address and the header title to use. Register that address with Tabby through its webhooks API, with the header title shown and your Webhook secret as the value.
With Webhook secret blank, webhooks are accepted unverified. Every payment is still checked against Tabby.
Add Tabby to the Payment Gateways list and select Save Settings.
Environment decides. Live makes the card read Live; the sandbox choice reads Sandbox.
Use the sandbox environment with a test secret key. Place an order inside your amount limits, choose Tabby and finish with a test customer from Tabby's documentation. Check the order arrives, then ship it and confirm the capture in the Tabby dashboard.
Tabby settles only captured payments. See Buy now, pay later for capture, cancellation and refunds.
