These fields of General Settings cover your app links, what the customer app shows, and how the panel alerts you to orders. For the whole tab in order, see General Settings.
App store links

Your website shows app badges where its theme has them. Only an https address on Google Play or the App Store is used; any other address is ignored. See Home and navigation.
Order alerts in the panel

Shows a pop-up with sound on every panel page when a new order arrives, not only on the dashboard

The last three rows appear only while Enable New Arrival Section is on.
Your website uses the same switch: with it off, product cards do not show the "New" badge. See Category pages and product cards.
Customer app options
These four switches apply to your customer mobile app: the values are sent to the app, and nothing in the panel or in your online store reads them. The table gives only what the screen says. For what your app does with them, ask support.
