Four roles are tagged Only its own pages on the team member form. The role is held to the pages of its own menu. A page outside the list sends the person back to a page of their own role, so tell them in advance what their role covers.
Giving the same person a full-panel role as well removes these limits. See Staff roles.
Junior Product Manager
"Keeps product data up to date."
- Menu: Products, Import Products, Export Products.
- First page: Import Products, the import by barcode.
- Can: view products, edit a fixed set of fields, edit variants, import by barcode and export products.
- Cannot: create products, change names, images or categories, or open any other page.

Delivery Guy Manager
"Manages your delivery team."
- Menu: Delivery Guys. The item shows only when the shop delivers with its own drivers.
- First page: Delivery Guys.
- Can: add, edit, enable and disable delivery agents, top up or deduct from their wallets, send them notifications and manage the public delivery agent pool.
- Cannot: see orders, customers, products or any other page.

Report Analyzer
"Reads the numbers."
- Menu: Reports, when the shop's package includes reports.
- First page: Sales insights.
- Can: open the sales and detailed reports under Reports. Read-only.
- Cannot: change anything or open any other page.
Customer phone numbers, e-mail addresses and addresses in reports are shown to the owner and the Manager only. See Who can see reports.
Cashier
"Sells at the till."
- Menu: Point of sale. The item shows once the POS add-on is bought, or while POS shifts are recorded.
- First page: the point of sale.
- Can: open and close shifts at the registers of their locations, count the cash drawer, scan products, take payment and print receipts.
- Cannot: give discounts or refunds unless you allow it in the point of sale settings, or open any other page.

- Each can switch the panel language from the account menu. See Passwords, sign-in and language.
- Where your shop is billed through a plan, each counts as one of the plan's staff accounts.
- Two limited roles on one person give the pages of both.
Delivery agents on the web
Delivery agents are not team members and do not use the shop panel. They work in the delivery app.
A delivery agent who signs in on the web sees a short status page and a Wallets page, nothing else. The status page says whether their application is approved and links to the app. You manage delivery agents under the Delivery menu. See Delivery agents.
