Who can use this

Shop owner, Shop Marketing Manager

Marketing tools sit in two menus of the top bar: Marketing Tools for offers and messages, and Shop for sliders, pages and settings. The panel hides a menu item until its feature is on, is in your plan, or has history.

Discounts

Each offer type has its own page: Order discount, Product discount, Flash sale, Spend more, save more, Volume pricing, Buy X get Y, Bundle price, Free delivery, Free gift, Payment method offer, Pickup or slot offer and Bonus reward points.

The parts every rule shares: products and exclusions, customers, channels and locations, schedule, code, limits and budget, priority and combining, how the offer shows in the online store, bulk codes, performance and builder messages.

Who sees what

The shop owner sees every item their plan and settings allow.
A Shop Marketing Manager has their own bar with Coupons, Send Push Notifications, Abandoned carts and Back in stock. The last two are read-only for this role.
The Marketing Tools menu is not part of every package. If it is missing from your top bar, ask support.

Customer groups, used to target push notifications and discount rules, are built under Customers.
