Choose the ways customers may pay, read each gateway's status, and understand why a save is refused.
Where to find itShopSettingsPayment Gateways
Before you start
The tab appears only when your shop manages its own payments. Ask support if the Payment Gateways tab or a gateway is missing.

Who can use this
Shop owner
The tab has two parts: one list of the payment methods your checkout offers, and one connection card per gateway.
The Payment Gateways list
Payment Gateways is a multi-select. Select every method your checkout should offer.
The text under the title says: "An online gateway also needs its connection details in the card below; a gateway that is switched on but not connected cannot be saved."
Methods without a card need no credentials: Cash On Delivery, Card On Delivery, Payment Via Link, WALLET and Monthly Credit. These entries are also in the list but are not for you to switch on:
The label used on WhatsApp orders paid online, not a checkout method
The connection cards
A card per gateway. Select the header to unfold it. A card opens by itself when the gateway is switched on or connected.
On the card
Meaning
Not connected
A required field is empty
Sandbox
The required fields are filled, with test credentials or in test mode
Live
The required fields are filled and the gateway is in live mode. The provider can still reject the credentials
Switched on
The gateway is in the Payment Gateways list
The code on the right
The gateway's internal code, for example STRIPE / STRIPE_INTENT. It is not always the name used in the list
Some cards also show an address to paste into the provider's dashboard (see Webhook and callback addresses), a link to the provider's documentation, and notes about paying on your checkout page.
Save Settings saves the whole settings form.
Gateways with a card
Eway, Instamojo, Gcash, TELR, Razorpay, Cashfree, PAYFORT, MYFATOORAH, Stripe, PAYLINK (paymennt), 2C2P, Network International (NGENIUS), Checkout, ADCB, ADCB Secure Acceptance Hosted Checkout, AmwalPay, CCAvenue, EPG, TAP, Tabby (buy now, pay later), Tamara (buy now, pay later) and Comera COPYandPAY. Each has its own guide, listed in How getting paid works.
Two more exist in the product:
DPO (NETWORK INTL) is disabled for every shop. It is not in the list and cannot be selected.
UPI is in the list, but it has a card only where the platform has enabled UPI. Without the card, leave it out of the list.
When the save is refused
If a gateway is in the list but a required field is empty, nothing is saved and you see:
"Gateway is switched on but is missing: fields. Fill them in or switch Gateway off."
The same warning shows inside the card. Fill the named fields, or remove the gateway from the list, then save again.
