What push needs before it works, which pushes are sent, and the parts only the platform can set up.
A push is a notification on a phone from an app. Your shop sends pushes to customers who use your customer app, and to staff who use the shop, picker and delivery apps.

You have no switch that turns push on. If your shop has an app and customers get no order pushes, ask support to check the push set-up.
Order pushes go to the customer who placed the order, in your app.

Customers also get pushes for back-in-stock alerts, review requests and your own campaigns. See Back-in-stock alerts and Send Push Notifications.
No push is sent to the customer when an order is placed, or when you change a wallet balance. Demo orders and demo customers get no push.
The title and text of the first eight pushes in the table can be replaced, in each language your shop uses. See Override Push Notifications. Without overrides, the platform's standard texts are sent.
